Millennials and Gen Z are tech natives and have far higher expectations for customer services than those of their parents’ generations. Not only do they have strong investment preferences, they also want round-the-clock visibility and support, without having to speak to a manager. And they won’t stick around if they are receiving a service that is less than that.
This means banks and financial institutions must ensure they have bulletproof operating systems to ensure 24/7 services.
