ITRS has developed a monitoring solution for TIBCO EMS to allow operations staff to monitor the state of EMS servers, queues and connections.

Example uses

• Ensure a queue has a regular message flow in and out and is not growing

• Ensure a connection from an application is established, is the correct version and has the expected number of consumers on it

• Ensure required topics are available

The interface provides:

• Details of queues on a server, including number of active consumers, queue size and incoming and outgoing data rates

• Details of topics provided by a server, including number of active consumers, number of active and total durables, number of queue messages, and incoming and outgoing data rates

• Details of bridges between servers

• Details of connections to EMS servers, including uptime, type, status, client version and counts of the numbers of sessions, consumers and producers per connection

• Durable subscriptions, including the number of pending messages

• List of routes (with types)

• Server summary including state, number of queues, uptime, memory usage, size of maximum and current pending messages, and rates of incoming messages
