Scope of Role

Reporting to the Global Salesforce Lead, we are looking for a Salesforce Lead Developer to join our team. You will work with in-house and outsourced teams to manage ITRS’s global CRM solution “Omni.” You will oversee the delivery of Salesforce enhancements and integrations, ensuring they meet our needs.

As a Salesforce Lead Developer, you will:

• Lead the Manila Salesforce team.
• Build custom Salesforce solutions using Apex Code, triggers, classes, and Lightning Components.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, etc.
• Configure CPQ components.
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and provide technical support.
• Improve strategy, scalability, and new ideas for Salesforce solutions.
• Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) for Salesforce.
• Collaborate with IT and departments on enhancements, issues, and releases.
• Oversee and mentor team members' skills.
• Manage 3rd party suppliers for service delivery and cost efficiency.
• Ensure CRM system compliance with security and regulatory policies (e.g., GDPR).
• Handle IT financial costs, invoicing, and budgeting.
• Recommend and implement solution procedures.
• Help with IT security questions and audits.
• Support Salesforce governance, risk, and compliance activities.

Requirements

You will have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or similar role.
• Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II).
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experience customizing and configuring Salesforce applications.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal/external systems via APIs.
• Create technical documentation.
• Data migration, cleansing, and transformation experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
• Experience with Certinia PSA, Pardot, Clari, Gong, Agile methodology, and systems analysis.
• Knowledge of ZoomInfo, BriteVerify, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zendesk, Conga Composer, Conga Sign, and Gearset.
• Team collaboration and continuous improvement mindset.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup, reporting onsite at least 2 days a week to our Makati office.
